How do I do an order?

Choose the product and meters you want and add them to the "shopping cart". Once you have all the products you want in the "shopping cart", hit "go to box". Follow the steps on the screen, such as delivery address, payment method, etc.

Where can I check the status of my order?

By registering on our website, you will have access to your private area (My Account), where you can check the status of your order, as well as make other arrangements.

Can I track my shipment status?

The transport companies we work, ensure us a communication with the customer, committing to inform you of the status of your order once the fabrics have left our facilities.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum quantity may vary per product, but in most of it is 1 meter.

How soon will I get my order?

If there is stock, your order will arrive to the address indicated within 1 to 3 working days, within the Iberian Peninsula. For shipments to other destinations, the order may take up to 2 weeks.

Please, if you live outside the Iberian Peninsula, contact us to know how long will it take your purchase.

Can I use different delivery addresses? And billing?

Yes. In "My account", you can modify your address and/ or add more than one, depending on wherever you want to receive you order. You can also indicate different addresses, per invoicing or delivery.

How can I cancel my order?

There is no way to cancel an order from the same web page. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service

Buying directly on the web you can pay by bank card or through a PayPal account.

Can I bill as a company or partnership?

If you are part of a company, association, comparsa, school, etc. And you want to make a purchase, we recommend contacting us at this link. Also, the web applies a 10% discount when buying 25 meters more of the same product (fabric and color).

Can I get any kind of discount?

Yes. If you buy 25 meters or more of the same product (fabric and color), a discount of 10% is automatically applied on the base price of the said item.

If you buy in representation of a comparsa, dance group, association and/ or company, you can contact us here.

Can I save products as favorites? Can I compare products?

Yes. There are two symbols for each of the options:

  • Heart symbol, to mark a product as a favorite.
  • Arrows symbol to buy products.

You can buy your products marked as "favorites" within the "my account" private area in the "my gift list" section. This apartment can be organized as best suits to you, allowing you to create and manage several wishes lists.

You can search for products in "product comparison" (arrow symbol) in the icon next to the "shopping cart".

I want to do an order but I do not want to register, what can I do?

In the purchase process, you will see the "instant order" option and fill in the gaps necessaries.

Providing this information doesn't imply any compromise for you, like receiving advertising and/ or newsletters, unless you expressly require it.

How can I modify my personal data or delete my account?

In “My Account”, on “My Personal Information”, you will be able to modify and personal information. In “My Addresses” area, you will be able to modify, add or delete any delivery or billing address.

To delete your account, you can send an email to admin@flamentex.es indicting full name and email address and within 2 – 3 days we will delete your account.

Can I order samples?

Our web doesn’t allow samples orders, but you can purchase the minimum quantity of a product, usually 1 meter.

Will I receive my order in one piece?

If it’s possible, we will deliver your order in one piece. Likewise, the company reserves the right to divide the fabric, according to its convenience.

How does the shipment costs works?

Shipment cost vary according to weigh and destiny. We recommend you to simulate orders how exactly will it cost.

Which countries do you serve to?

We serve almost in any destination. To know if we deliver in your country, you can simulate an order and you will get the exact shipment among.

How can I know the characteristics of a fabric?

Inside any fabric file, you will be able to find how the product looks like, plus: Width, Composition, Description, Washing standards, Price, etc.

How can I know if the prints are horizontal or vertical?

We try to upload any image as real as possible, including the print direction. Likewise, if you have any doubt, you can check the thread direction or contact us.

Will the fabric shrink?

Each fabric must be treated in a certain way. If you have any doubts, we recommend you to consult the washing rules or contact us.

Also, we recommend you to washing the fabric before start working with it, at the same temperature that will be applied in the following washes.

How can I recommend a fabric I like to other people?

You can share any product in our website, to any device or social network. On the description product, next to the favorite icon, you will find the icon to share a product though mail, WhatsApp, social network, or print.
