How to place an order?

Choose the product and the meters you desire and add them to the “shopping cart”. Once you have all the products you want in the “shopping cart”, you just have to press “go to checkout”. Follow the steps that will appear on the screen, such as delivery address, payment method, etc.

Where can I check the status of my order?

By registering to our website, you will have access to your private area "My Account", where you can check the status of your order, as well as make other arrangements. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Can I follow the status of my order?

The transport companies which we work with assure us that they communicate with the client, committing to inform you of the status of your order once the fabrics have left our facilities.

If you detect any anomaly or lack of communication, please contact our customer service department, in order to assist you with more information.

Is there a minimum quantity when ordering?

Yes, the minimum quantity may vary according to the item, but it is usually 1 meter.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

If the item is in stock, your order should arrive at the address you've stated within 1 to 3 working days (for Spain mainland). For other destinations, the order may take up to 2 weeks. If you live outside of Spain, please get in touch with us so that we can give you a more precise estimation as to how long your order will take to arrive.

May I use different delivery addresses? And billing addresses?

Yes. Within your private area in "My account", you can modify your address or add a new address, according to your preferences. You can also indicate a different address for the delivery and the billing. If you have any doubts, please get in touch with our customer service team.

How can I cancel my order?

You can't cancel your order from the website. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team directly to do so.

Payment methods

When buying directly from the website, you can pay via credit card or PayPal. For other payment methods, please get in touch with us.

Can I bill as a company or as an association?

Si formas parte o eres propietario de una empresa, asociación, comparsa, escuela, etc. y quieres realizar una compra, recomendamos ponerte en contacto con nosotros en este link. Así mismo, la web aplica un 10% de descuento al comprar 25 metros o más de un mismo producto (tejido y color).

Do you do any discounts?

Sí. Si compras 25 metros o más de un mismo producto (tejido y color), se aplicará automáticamente un descuento del 10% sobre el precio base de dicho artículo.  Si compras en representación de una comparsa, cuadro de baile, asociación y/o empresa, puedes ponerte en contacto con nosotros en este link.

Can I save items as favorites? Can I compare items?

Yes. There are two symbols for these options:

  • The heart symbol: to mark an item as favorite.
  • The opposite arrows: to compare items.

You can compare your "favorite" products (with the heart symbol) in your private area within "my account" in the section "my gift list". This section can be organized as you see fit, allowing you to create and manage different wish lists. You can compare your products in “product comparison” (opposite arrows symbol) in the icon that you will find next to the “shopping cart”.

I want to make an order but I don't want to register, what can I do?

In the purchase process, you will see the option of “instant order”. This option will allow you to put your email, necessary to send you the verification of your order, name and surname, delivery address and contact phone number so that the messenger can contact you if you're not at the address at the time of delivery. We want to emphasize that such information does not imply any type of commitment for you and you won't be receiving any type of advertising and/or newsletter unless you expressly state that you wish to.

How long do I have to return an item with Flamentex? How can I return an item? Who pays for the costs?

Do you only accept online orders?

No, you can only visit our store in Seville, or you can place your order via email at: atencionalcliente@flamentex.es or via telephone: (+34) 955 122 601.

My company is not Spanish and I have an Intra-Community Operator VAT number, what should I do?

In this case, you are exempt from VAT. To do so, please contact us directly to place your order. We anticipate that the process will be carried out via proforma.

I am from Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, what shall I do?

Please, get in touch with us directly so we can place your order. The order will be made through a proforma.

What do you do with personal data?

I've forgotten my password

If you've forgotten your password, you can click on the link "Have you forgotten your password?" and follow all the indicated steps. Keep in mind that you will have to include the email address you registered with.

How can I modify my data or delete my account?

Within your private area, in "personal data", you'll be able to modify your personal information, modify or delete your delivery and billing addresses. To delete your account, please send an email to admin@flamentex.es indicating your name and email address. We will delete your account within the next 2 to 3 working days.

Can I order a sample?

Our website doesn't allow the ordering of samples. If you'd like to sample an item from our range, you can purchase the minimum amount: 1 meter. If you have any further doubts or queries, please get in touch with us directly.

Will I receive my order in a single delivery?

Whenever possible and if the stock allows it, we will send your fabrics in one single delivery. If necessary though, the company reserves the right to divide the fabric at its convenience.

How do shipping costs work?

Shipping costs will vary depending on weight and destination. We recommend simulating an order to know exactly what it can cost. The prices of our shipments are very competitive and include a fast and safe service. For any further questions, please contact us directly.

To which countries do you ship?

We ship to almost every single country. To know if your country is included, we recommend you to complete your order with your personal information. Before proceeding to the payment stage you will see the price - automatically calculated according to destination and weight. If your country does not appear, or you cannot proceed with the purchase, or the shipping costs do not appear, or any other reason not specified here, please contact us directly.

How can I learn more about the characteristics of the fabric?

Within the image of each fabric, you will find more information describing: the fabric width, its composition, a description, washing rules, price, etc. If you have any further questions, please contact us directly.

How can I find out if the fabric is horizontal or vertical?

We try to publish images as real as possible, including the direction of the print. However, if you have any questions, please contact us directly.

Will the fabric shrink?

Every fabric should be taken care of in a specific way. If you have any questions, we recommend you check the washing guidelines and instructions or you can contact us directly. Also, we recommend washing the fabric before starting to work with it. Use the same temperature that you will use for future washings.

How can I recommend the fabrics I like to other people?

Our website allows you to share any product to any device or social network. In the product description, next to the icon to mark a product as favorite and comparing a product, you will find some icons to send said fabric by email, print, share on WhatsApp or on your favorite social network site.

How can I physically see your fabrics?

We would be pleased to welcome you to our store. You can find us at C/ Imprenta, 11, Polígono Industrial La Negrilla, Seville (Spain).
