Summer festivals: how to dress in the evening

The most important dates in the festival calendar are coming up: Malaga, Almeria, Linares, Estepona and Palma del Rio, for example, are getting ready for their big week.

These fairs, like every year, match with the hot season and where to wear flamenco dresses have their tricks. Keep reading because in Flamentex we tell you all of them!

Summer fairs

To survive the high temperatures, flamencas go out at night in summer. An occasion to give a festive-flamenco touch to our outfit, with two big trends clearly differentiated: the flamenca who dresses flamenco at night and the flamenca who dresses elegantly, adding flamenco details to her outfit, highlighting her flamenco soul.

Two clearly differentiated ways but which are united by the fabrics. On this occasion we will prefer dark fabrics, with shine and fine fabrics to avoid the heat.

Flamenca by Night

This trend has been growing in recent years, as we have already seen in the streets and on the flamenco shows. And although it is true that there is no reason to have a day and night outfit, there are certain fabrics, cuts and styles that fit better for an evening look.

Examples of this are the long sleeves, lace and transparencies, fabrics with glitter or heart-stopping designs with daring backs or necklines.

A good option with a fresh and flamenco fabric is chiffon with printed polka dots. Choosing a Georgette if we want something more dense, or a chiffon, if we want to have the option to play with transparencies.

Elegance with flamenco soul

Another option is to choose a flamenco-inspired guest look.Go for a trouser suit or a dress to which we will add that flamenco essence, perhaps with a ruffle on the sleeve, a tiara or a polka dot print.

On this occasion (and as long as the design allows it) a good trick is to opt for XXL accessoriesto complement the design: from a nice flower in the hair to impressive earrings, as we can see in the previous images from the catwalk.
