Goods acceptance

The Customer must verify at the very moment of delivery, the goods condition of products delivered, packages, and package number, corresponding with item detailed at the delivery note. The Client must emit any reservation, complain and observation in the very act of delivery, leaving written evidence on the shipment’s delivery note and communicate it immediately writing to Ravial, S.A. (hereinafter Ravial), by e-mail. One recognition of goods has been carried out without recording incidents, this will be considered accepted by the Client, and the latter waives any claim.

Guarantee, refund and claim

If the Client is no satisfied with his order, the Client has a maximum period of 30 calendar days from delivery to report an defects or hidden defects oh the product. After that period, the Client Will lose all actions and right to claim. At the option of Ravial, depending on the defect found, the latter may opt for repair the product, its replacement, refund or price reduction, provided that in the aforementioned period: (i) the Customer communicates in writing and in a reliable manner to Ravial the returning causes; (ii) the product in question is returned with its original or equivalent packaging and its corresponding invoice; and (iii) Ravial finds the defect invoked by the Client and authorizes the return, in which case the Customer will receive the pertinent instructions to make the return.

Ravial will not accept returns not in accordance with the previous procedure.

The vice invoked by the Customer will not give right to the return of the product in the case in which the product is subjected to a use not in accordance with the specifications that are proper to them, due to the Customer’s negligence in its storage, maintenance or handling, or its normal deterioration. The Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that certain fabrics are particularly delicate and susceptible to discoloration.

Liability limitation

Ravial’s liability will never exceed the value of the product affected at the time of sale. Ravial is released, therefore, from any responsibility above this maximum.

Except in the case of application of mandatory legal provisions to the contrary, the guarantee and liability claims of the Client, are exhaustively covered by these General Sales Conditions. Likewise, in no case shall the Client be authorized to make contractual or extracontractual claims for damages resulting, but not limited to, loss of production, loss of use, benefit, image, and any other direct, indirect, or consequential damage.

Reservation of title

Although the invoice is a title of sale, Ravial will retain the ownership of the goods supplied until full acceptance of the agreed payments.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) of the European Law, your data has been added to Ravial, S.A.’s treatment system.
